In celebration of our anniversary and to thank the community for its commitment to authentic Italian cuisine, we invite you to join us on a culinary taste tour of Italy. La Casa Pasta's Taste Tour celebrates the regional distinctions of La Cucina Italiana through a series of monthly tasting menus.

We will feature the flavors of a different region of Italy each month. Our adventure begins on November 1, 2007 in the Emilia Romagna region, and moves south over the course of the year, stopping to savor and sample the unique cuisine of other regions, such as Tuscany, Campania and Sicily. Our taste tour operates every Sunday through Thursday.
